[OOR-Announce] OOR 1.2 released!

Hi all,

We are proud to announce the new 1.2 release of OpenOverlayRouter!

This new version introduces support for fast data-planes with FD.IO 
(VPP) [1]. Thanks to FD.IO OOR can reach bandwidths of 10Gbps. Try it 
out here [2].
