[OOR-Devel] Current state of VPN implementation?

Hello,

on https://github.com/OpenOverlayRouter/oor/wiki/Use-cases I read

Dynamic VPN provisioning: [...] Security and encryption can be handled 
directly by OOR or can offloaded to a third party solution depending on 
the requirements of the deployment. [...]

Does this mean OOR can already be used as a VPN solution with integrated 
authentication and encryption or is it still on the roadmap?
