[OOR-Users] OOR RTR mode in the NAT environment

Hi,
Unfortunately, at this moments, the implementation of MS and RTR of the
OOR project doesn't support NAT traversal. When we need an xTR with NAT
traversal support, we need to work with a Cisco MS and RTR.
