Ho Josh,
The error you see is because of the format of the map-resolver
section. The email you received with your connection details is just
informative, it's not in the oor config file format, since allocations
are done independently of any LISP implementation. You should remove
the DNS names, and leave only the IP addresses, separated by commas.
