[OOR-Users] LIG in Linux 16.04 with oovr

You can download lig form here <https://github.com/LISPmob/lig-lispmob> 
. Once is compiled, just copy the lig executable into /usr/bin
     lig -m <map resolver> -p 4342 -s <src ip> <EID>
