Please check if you have a native IPv6 access.
As far as I know, Unitymedia is providing native IPv6 and often using
only shared IPv4 addresses.
If this is the case LISP will not run with IPv4 as RLOC address family!
So please configure the IPv6 adresses (and *not* the IPv4 addresses) as
mentioned by Albert.
